Wedding Day Photo Timeline

Rudy is shooting a wedding this weekend and I am going to be the assistant extraordinaire.  Part of what I do for big weddings like this one is to create the photo timeline for the bride.  Notice that there are only 13 formal shots after the ceremony.  15 is our max...otherwise you will never get to the reception! 

Thought I would share in case you are wondering how to set up your photography schedule.

12:30 – 2:00 :: Getting Ready :: Heather and Jim’s Home

Details: Pictures of shoes, picture of dress on hanger, candid pictures of girls, home, gardens, Dan and Sarah’s rings together Sarah with Bridesmaids as group and Sarah with each Bridesmaid (if time permitting)

2:00 – 2:15 :: First Look :: Heather and Jim’s Home

First Look Photos with Sarah and Dan only

2:30 – 3:30 :: Wedding Party :: Heather and Jim’s Home

Sarah and Dan with entire wedding party – formal and fun shots Flower girl and ring bearer Sarah with Bridesmaids as group and Sarah with each Bridesmaid (if not done before) Dan with Groomsmen as a group and Dan with each Groomsmen (if time permitting)

4:00 – 5:30 :: Pre-Ceremony :: Ceremony Site

Details: Pictures of home, garden, aisle, decorations, flowers, programs, flower girl basket, cigars, etc. Dan with Groomsmen as a group, Dan with each Groomsmen and Groomsmen straightening ties, etc. (if not done before) Guys and cigars Sarah and her Dad Guests arriving

5:30 – 6:00 :: Ceremony :: Ceremony Site

All details of the ceremony, start to finish

6:00 – 6:30 :: Post-Ceremony :: Ceremony Site
