I had bookclub last week and the hostess, Stephanie, made the most refreshing salad. This is the time of year that most of us have grapefruit. It is great to eat in the morning but I have never really thought of eating it any time else. Her salad had avocados, grapefruit, blue cheese and romaine lettuce. You just chop it up and toss it all together with the slightest bit of raspberry vinagarette. We all enjoyed it so much. I can't wait to make it!
